11am How to Make Gnocci by Ollie Hunter
An Italian-inspired dish with a keen focus on truly being local, seasonal and sustainable. Ollie will demonstrate how to make gnocci from scratch and will be offering tasters with a choice of sauces.
Chef and co-owner of The Wheatsheaf in Chilton Foliat, and Masterchef semi-finalist 2013, Ollie is a champion of sourcing local ingredients.

Head Chef at Blandy’s Bar & Bistro at Inglewood, Gert’s demonstrations have been a popular feature of HFF over the years as he makes the most sophisticated dishes seem easy!
This year Gert will demonstrate this year how to use a spiralizer to make potato wrap spring roll with crispy potato rings for garnish!

Legendary foraging expert Roger Phillips will talk about mushrooms and sign copies of his award-winning books.
Mushrooms by Roger Phillips has been described as the ‘finest work on the subject of mycology.
2pm Hungerford Cook-Off Winners Announcement
2.15pm Delicious, Healthy Dishes from Eliane’s by Rafia Willmott
Rafia specialises in healthy, tasty dishes at Eliane on Hungerford High Street. Her menus have a mediterranean influence and are always colourful, mouth-watering and nutritious.
This year Rafia will be demonstrating raw Thai curry and cauliflower ‘rice’, carrots with harissa, fish with peach salsa and stuffed mushrooms!
3pm Japanese Patties with Teriyaki Sauce & Japanese Coleslaw by Romilla Arber
Best-selling author of What’s For Dinner? and head of Honesty Food Group and the Food Education Trust, Romilla also runs the Honesty Cookery School in Sydmonton nr Newbury and The Crown & Garter in Inkpen.
Romilla will be demonstrating Japanese mini patties with a teriyaki sauce and Japanese coleslaw.
