About

We are a small voluntary committee of people who love food and community.

From 2009 to 2019 we ran the annual Hungerford Food Festival celebrating local food producers and artisans in Hungerford Town Hall and High Street. In 2013 we were delighted to come joint third in The Telegraph’s national Bring Home the Harvest competition.

In response to the first Covid lockdown in 2020 we launched monthly outdoor food & artisan markets with the support of the Good Exchange at The Croft Field Project (between St Lawrence’s Chuch and Hungerford Nursery School). These proved popular and will be continued.

We also run cookery projects in the Hungerford community and work closely with Hungerford Environmental Action Team.
